I think if scientist can measure the total mass of the universe accurately then they can at least predict when the time line ends.

    Did Time Have A Beginning?

    Did Time Have A Beginning?

Nobody really knows.... The Big Bang Theory had it's problems. Some of this was addressed by introducing Cosmic Inflation. Then Hawking proposed that there's no end or beginning.
He said "There ought to be something very special about the boundary conditions of the universe, and what can be more special than the condition that there is no boundary?”
With the no-boundary proposal, asking what came before the Big Bang is meaningless, because there is no notion of time available to refer to.

The no boundary theory stayed for nearly 40 years till Neil Turok published a paper in 2017 which argued using new mathematical techniques that it's not possible quantum mechanically for a universe to start in the way as Hawking imagined.

Take a look at the following video....

    Yes that's correct
But if the total mass of the universe including black matter is above the critical limit, then the rate of expanding universe decrease and in time to come begin to contraction and then it will collapse to similar to the start of BigBang if BigBang theory is correct

(yes, Time began 14 billion years ago) Ok, then what was there before the BigBang?
