Is SLT is only for Torrent users in off peak? What is the solution for us? Note: When i am accessing Yahoo , the TCP transaction is between my PC and Yahoo server. No other ISP servers are involved unless they use proxies or caching servers. So "SLT servers are busy" is a wrong statement in the technical perspective. SLT and other ISPs provide only routing in the middle.  SLT's international links are congested during the peak time. So that  reason we get packet loss and latencies.</blockquote>
