Airtel has really disappointed me.I could still remember well how I was counting the days several years ago When I heard that Airtel was coming to Sri lanka.most of mobile phone fans here thought that Airtel would make a big difference in the Sri Lankan market.we spent hours in the ques to get a Airtel SIM but Airtel took only one or two years to disappoint most of those customers here.
Recently I got a Airtel data package and after few months I noticed that they disconnect the line time to time saying there's an outstanding.even though my rental was just Rs 1400 per month,in some months I had to pay more than Rs 3000/=. To make the situation worsen their customer care service is also really annoying and frustrating.most time after waiting long time a tamil or muslim attend to our matter,talking in broken sinhala and it seems they dont understand the issues at all. Sofar, I have contacted them three times in the past 12 days they say the same thing that they would transfer my complain to another section and they would contact me sooner.but so far I haven't heard from them at all.even their so called Airtel app is not working properly from several weeks.
WHAT A SHAME ?SO, THINK TWICE IF YOU HAVE EVEN A SLIGHTEST IDEA TO SWITCH TO THIS DISGUSTING NETWORK.
