Disgusting KFC in Galle

Recently I visited KFC in Galle with my family and We were all really surprised and disgusted how it was looked like.There was no any person at the door even to say "Hi" and even no person to check our temperature as a covid precautionary measure. whole the place looked like in a disarray just like "after party scene". when we asked of the menu, we were told no chickens Pizza avilable on that moment. our two kids also got badly disappointed when they saw that the play corner was closed. Thats understandable,( may be due to Covid 19 ). Anyway, we felt really disappointed ,shocked and disgusted and decided to never visit the place again. I made a complain of this pathetic situation to thier FB page just got a note after two days saying they were sorry and would direct my complain to another section and I would be contacted shortly but so far no response at all. It is really unbelievable but thats the hard truth.

KFC has the worst service of any fast food chain operating in Sri Lanka. About one year ago the Race Course KFC gave me a tiny skin of chicken for a chicken meal and I had to call the manager to get a proper piece of chicken.
A few years ago at the Bamba MC KFC a guy talked to me in a thug voice. I taught him a proper lesson outside the KFC when he was going back home.
Their service sucks.

may be you not care of such a friendly gesture, But we do. happy to say we had such a welcome at the PIZZA HUT on the same evening

Kfc employees are stressed always.That might be one factor.They are under constant pressure and workplace harassment/bully.Unknowingly they release the pressure on customers.

මෑතකදී මම මගේ පවුලේ අය සමඟ ගැලී හි කේඑෆ්සී වෙත ගිය අතර එය කෙසේ දැයි අප සැවොම පුදුමයට පත් වූවෙමු. . මුළු ස්ථානයම "සාදයෙන් පසු" මෙන් අවුල් සහගත ලෙස පෙනුනි. අපි මෙනුවෙන් විමසූ විට, ඒ මොහොතේ අපට පීසා ලබා ගත හැකි කුකුළන් නොමැති බව අපට පැවසුවා. සෙල්ලම් කොන වසා ඇති බව දුටු අපේ දරුවන් දෙදෙනා ද දැඩි කලකිරීමට පත් වූහ. එය තේරුම් ගත හැකි ය, (කෝවිඩ් 19 නිසා විය හැක). කෙසේ වෙතත්, අපට ඇත්තෙන්ම කලකිරීමක්, කම්පනයක් හා පිළිකුලක් දැනුණු අතර නැවත කිසි දිනෙක එම ස්ථානයට නොපැමිණීමට අපි තීරණය කළෙමු. මම මේ දුක්ඛිත තත්වය ගැන එෆ්බී පිටුවට පැමිණිලි කළෙමි. දින දෙකකට පසු සටහනක් ලැබුනේ ඔවුන් කණගාටු වන බවත් මගේ පැමිණිල්ල වෙනත් කොටසකට යොමු කරන බවත් මා ළඟදීම සම්බන්ධ කර ගන්නා නමුත් මෙතෙක් කිසිදු ප්‍රතිචාරයක් නොලැබුණු බවත්ය. එය සැබවින්ම විශ්වාස කළ නොහැකි නමුත් එය සත්‍ය සත්‍යයයි.
