DISH TV UNIT

I have an old Dish Tv unit (Dish, Set top box, Remote and SIM card). What choices do I have if I want to use it again.
Its been locked by Dish Tv.

My Dish unit is working and I am getting strong signal when I last checked it 1 week back. But I can not go beyond that since the SIM is locked and no way to view free channels also.

There's nothing called "Star TV Lanka". The company is now called "Sat Net". They are the only authorized dealer for Dish TV in Sri Lanka.

Is SATNET the agent?if not there will be a risk of locked sim...
