well,Its better if you do something which relates to IT industry; coz plenty of opportunities are available...Also there is the Defense University, if you still want to be a reputed engineer (Under free education system)...

B,tech has a equal recognition as the moratuwa uni degree but hard to pass... and its cheap.. even cenec is recognized worldwide but it costs nearly 18 lakhs there is no difference in the recognition university is free and other ones costs.. bachelor degree is a bachelor degree.... same salery same prestige same syllabus...
