Ya they do....but sometimes for some items e-bay would say they cant....u can send a message to the item seller and ask whether he could send it to Sri Lanka but don't give ur credit card details to him. Pay him by PayPal website. Anyway if the ebay is shape with sending to Sri Lanka after the payment....u will receive the item in 7 days sometimes u will have to go to the post-office to collect it. Also u get high prioity mail option for some items......which means through DHL etc services...beware through these services u will get the item in like 2-4days but kinda expenive!
