One more thing when selecting the file do not just select the folder some times it makes troubles, just brows to the ZIP file and select it, u will see a check box below saying "Upadting from unstructured archive or zip file " select it...

I have Techsmith Camtasia Studio 4.1 which does a pretty good job.
