the location seems spectacular..
what do you think about the offering price.? don't think this is worth anywhere near that..

That's the key for buying property in Sri Lanka now. I recently purchased a property advertised in Colombo for 52 Million. I negotiated it down to 33 Million.

and the funny part is broker is offering me more properties and happy to help me bargain

If they ask for 240 million, you should offer 150 million or less. Its virtually impossible to sell property in SL now so they will come down.
