that is not Rs. 500.. its really costly and only Unity System in Unity plaza has.. but i dont know they have it at the moment. but they bought couple of stocks of this device. it cost about 7600 dont know the present price

Then there are those cheap chinese unbraded units. Maybe you can find them at Unity plaza too. Ask for USB VOIP phone adapters.

There are VOIP ethernet adapters like LinkSys PAP2-NA, but it will not work with Skype. You need a VOIP provider supporting SIP. For Skype the cheapest way is to use a USB adapter. Other alternatives are
1. dedicated Wireless Skype phone (if you have a Wireless router), but that’ll cost you close to 15k.
2. mobile phone with Nimbuzz or Fring

also the products are from hong kong cz i checked the price of the product in Malaysia and Singapore there they are selling for higher price
