Mu mehema kiyala Hitler eka givisum gahala thava tiken Hitler serama british unta kelonava 😂
Yes... Only Sir Winston Churchill foresaw it correctly - only he had the vision to see what was coming.

Neville Chamberlain meekly responded when Hitler summoned him to Munich. He went there to sign a document of shame. The British and French forced the Czechs into giving Hitler the Sudetenland, a vital part of their country. When Chamberlain flew back, the people cheered, some wanted him to be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Churchill was almost alone, unmoved by the tide against him, deeply ashamed and alarmed for his country. In a heated debate in the British Parliament, Churchill said, “I will begin by saying what everybody would like to ignore or forget but which must nevertheless be stated, namely, that we have sustained a total and unmitigated defeat, and that France has suffered even more than we have. … [W]e have passed an awful milestone in our history, when the whole equilibrium of Europe has been deranged.....

That speech almost destroyed Churchill’s political career. His own party was turning against him, and most of them wanted him out.

As I mentioned in another thread it was Churchill who said -
"One day President Roosevelt told me that he was asking publicly for suggestions about what the war should be called. I said at once, "The Unnecessary War." There never was a war more easy to stop than that which has just wrecked what was left of the world from the previous struggle"

PS: All wars are "Unnecessary Wars"

Did you know that Churchill was more concerned with the fall of Singapore than with the defense of the British Isles.
He main concern was keeping the British empire. If we judge him by that standard he did not succeed at all.
Britain got embroiled in a war that she couldn't afford. By the end of the war Britain was a second rate power which lost all of her former empire.
Britain was more concerned with balance of power politics in Europe, they were blind to the bigger picture.

    මොකා දින්නත් අන්තිමට මනුෂ්‍යත්වය පැරදිලා
The World is still reeling with 6.5 Million deaths due to the pandemic. This moron started a war. No matter what reasons he brings forth as excuses - the Russians were never a threatened species driven towards extinction soon.
