No. He won't.. If i butter him up, he definitely will drive because he has a vehicle to himself. In Sri Lanka my car my petrol theory is way more powerful than we think. If we don't struck to people like this, they go beyond what they really own and think my car my petrol and my road after all. We have to put a stop to his ego where he enter to the public road. He can do whatever he wish within his property, but when it comes to road, I have no mercy to people like this. Because after all its life we loose to people like this.

First of all , i want to tell this accident was happens to me because of another driver (he can see his both eyes :P:P) , because of his fault my left eye was damaged (My left eye not 100% blind , it functioning but i can see only first 3 lines 6/24 , my eyes muscles not focusing well that why i cannot use spectacles to further correction) i have asked my Eye surgeon and he was told me i can get driving license for my own vehicle even DMT also say same thing).

i am not asking way to get fake or cheat method to get license , i just want to know only those 2 question

Bro.. As another member suggested you can get a license, but that doesn't mean you can drive. Look at the road. There are so many young drivers who obtained valid license, but they are not drivers at all. If you have a problem with your eye then correct it first. Then try to obtain license. If you fail the medical exam, that means you're not fit behind a wheel at all. Its not a shame..May be tomorrow I might end up loosing my leg. That means I'm no longer behind my own vehicle. I should have accept that fact.

I know a story about a guy who had poor vision in one of his eyes, and got away with a trick. Imagine, (like in your situation) his left eye is not 100%. So the examiner asked him to cover one eye and read the board. He cover his left eye with right hand and read the board. Then the examiner said, cover the other eye, and read. So, this time he used his left hand and cover the left eye and read it correctly. This event must have happened, either in Dandenong or Oakleigh RTA (later vicroads) office in Victoria, Australia in early 1990s. I not have to say he is a Sri Lankan.
