I have carefully checked the item you purchased which is the Newborn Infant Girls Boys Cotton Soft Sole Crib Shoes, I can see here that the seller already opened an “Unpaid Item” reminder. I hope you understand that only sellers have the option to cancel a transaction, eBay nor I can do it since it is their listings. The seller could have canceled it easily.
Since there is already an Unpaid Item reminder, the seller can no longer initiate a cancellation. No worries, the best thing to do now is to wait for this unpaid item reminder to close. This will consider the transaction canceled but then again, you will a get record on your account.
I don’t want you to worry because we are here to back you up. All you need to do when it closes is to contact us back and request for removal so that the record will not count against you. I can guarantee you Manjula that we will remove it as a courtesy. Please understand that we can only remove an unpaid item once it got closed, okay?
To avoid this from happening again in the future, please read the seller’s description fist before committing to buy or, better ask the seller a question first before placing your order. Just keep in mind that only sellers have the option to cancel the transaction if it already beyond 1 hour of your purchased, so the best thing to do is to work things out with the seller right away.
