    Machan I purchased an item from ebay on 2014-03-09.. At that time seller was highly rated with having good positive feedback,but after two,three days around 10 inquiries there and same time my item was not marked as shipped. On the very next day ebay send a notice that they are removed the seller from ebay. Now how can I get the refund? I paid for this item as a guest Paypal user,now i tried to open a dispute as a paypal guest user,but its not also work..

    Please help me to sort this out.
