Ebay - Mobile phone (Help)

I just bought a mobile phone from eBay,and it got delivered but now stucked in SL customs.Also got the letter from customs saying that have to pay tax in order to clear the item. Tax isn't the problem what I'm confused is that can I clear the item just by paying the tax or do I need to follow any other necessary steps in order to clear it up.???

If anyone knows about the procedure please let me know
