    Machan It depends
I have brought may be around 5 to 10 phones , and earlier i asked the shipper to ship the item mentioning as a phone with a low value and i had to take the TRC certificate but law tax since invoice value was only $25 , but one phone came straight to home even though it was mention as a phone ( that time the parcel was smaller and i think they didn't notice it )

After what i did was ordering the phone without mentioning the item as a phone but as a Electronic item ( Mp3 palyer , Computer parts , there is a risk but for me never had any issues ) and i didnt ask for the box so the package could be smaller , even with the box i got the phone at my house without any problem

This is my experiences, Dont worry bro , u will get it my only advice is dont buy anything from Chinese sellers , I brought a phone from Singapore and it was looking great with HTC brand and perfect condition but i know thing or two about phones and i saw it was not a genuine phone as the phone housing ewas HTC but inside it was a Chinese phone , u cant see it unless u know the phones really well , The seller was recommended seller there was no way of seen it as a fake phone , fortunetly i manage to get a refund

FOr ur information the Chinese phone is called G10 and the mother board of this device can be assembled on many of the housing on genuine devices

WC bro , With US sellers i never had problems too ,:):):):) Good luck u will get it the TRC certificate is not a big issue if needed all u have to do is go there and take it , The tax will be according to the amount mentioned on the package and there are ways to get the package without the trc certificate if needed by paying something to them try discussing with a person who is working there , One i got a phone and they asked for the trc certificate but i managed to pay something to a person there get it out
