Economy of Sri Lanka would tank unless Construction projects starts!

Sri Lanka must have a way to quarantine workers at worksite for four months. Quarantine for 15 days any worker coming back to work. The economy of the would tank unless construction projects starts esp roads, Dams, Building etc. We would be in depression not in recession if road constructions,dams do not start. That would increase GDP dramatically. Stop curfew for Road and Dam constructions besides they work in Remote areas most of the time.

Sri Lanka must block imports of white goods like, TV, Fridge, Washing Machine,Air conditioner, Air Cooler, Dryer, Dish Washer, Cooker, Radio,Mixer, Rice Cooker, etc. Secondly It must block imports of Luxury Vehicles, Motor Bike, Auto. These things can be manufactured in Sri Lanka with collaboration with Foreign Companies. This would give jobs to local Sri Lankans instead of foreigners. We would be able to control Forex.
