Effect of ambient temperature on CPU temperature

Yeah I've observed this before, without AC @ night (say after around 1 a.m onwards) my room temp dropping from 32'C - to roughly 30'C and I have noticed my core temps going from about 1 to 2'C, where as in the afternoon and after 11a.m. my room directly get sunlight and room goes upto 33'C the core temp is 30-31 @ idle!!

Aha that explains why my core temp is so low even when processor operates as higher voltage. Since i have my AC turned on round the clock. Thanx for the info Anusha

Hehe....if it doesn't kill it, i guess it is alright
A CPU has a nominal lifespan of about 10 years. Maybe higher these days....I don't think it will burn because of those temps

Well, the important thing is that we are penalized too much for living int SL.

And it's not a y = x + c
