When we spaek out in english, If we have a chance to use phrasal verbs, It may be a great advantage. Bcos 1 phrasal verb can save 3 or 4 words in our vocabulary.. Thts mean its already give the mean i wanna speak out..

Raise up - අපි මනසික වශයෙන් වෑටී ඈති විටක කිව හෑකි... ඔබ නෑවත පටන් ගන්න වෑනි දෙයක් (You should raise up your self and win ur dreams)
Start up - I started up as Teacher.. මා කරන ලද මුල්ම රෑකියාව...
