once a doctor(a canadian friend i met at a hotel who is with the worl health organization branch of sri lanka) told me that most children who lives in urban areas suffer from eyesight problems not because of computers alone but lack of out door activities and a result of stress..most children spend more time indoors and less for sports travel and environment..not only that he also stated that 70% of children in urban areas fail to meet the physical standards..its true bcz we see many guys are not well built or upto thr BMI..and doesn't go more that 5'8 in height.
most of our friends are suffering from breathing difficulties or vision difficulties and fail to stand the environment(water,dust)its normal here to see ppl like dat but in my village every one is healthy and strong i think its bcz we are getting away frm nature..
wat do think???
