Well kinda yes, but if its HD we have to give it as HD machan.
Anyway it depends on how someone produce music tracks for the HD video. It may be stereo, 5.1 or 7.1 etc..

Yes machan most probably all those HD videos songs will have multichannel sound tracks. So we can get those songs in multichannel. (Not ripping from Video)
But normally in srilanka its really rare they make music in multichannel.

Anyway machan this is not Dolby or DTS so most probably not hardware decoding.
Not presenting in those formats because its really big file size. Comparing to system resource usage to play HD video, its really small when it comes to audio.

Yes thats possible. But it depends on how they record it and mixed it etc.. coz when it comes to HD level audio it delivers lot of details.
