that is good thing to choose the winner of the month.

i feel it makes EK much better coz everbody try to make more threads, which is more useful to everybody.

i even got to know that Ravi bro got a VGA card which is useful for him.

i think that idea much better if GT bro get a idea what the winner most wanted and help him or her get it.

in this matter, i think better make a prize amount. so that within the range GT bro can give that gift to him or her.

pls consider this is a another suggestion to make this thing better look.

ElaKiri is not like that.

Even Ravi malli hesitated damn so much to take his present. Ravi and I had a lot of discussions about the prize. Because he didn't want the prize.

That's the ElaKiri spirit bro

People who post valuable stuff don't want any presents.

But GT is doing this just to appreciate his or her commitment towards ElaKiri sacrificing his or her personal time. So having a prize amount will reduce the value of ElaKiri. IMO

But your other suggestion is good.. about giving what the member needs. But I think GT has answered that part

Yes machan we are looking forward to increase the quality of posts.
Anyway mostly can't change the gifts becuase i am getting them with special deals or one of my friends giving it to me. So normally its not allowed to switch gifts.
If you take any prize giving or award ceremony they don't allow you to change the gifts. Because it will cause lot of trouble when planning.

i didn't expect to get a reply from u regarding my suggestion. it is really touching as a admin of a site like EK replying to someone like me.( i don't even complete my 3 months in EK)

anyway stict to what you are doing now.

its true prize doesnt matter...yes last time ravi malli deserve it...just like so many members like that...you just see our EK member MAC-DOC who does a great service in download section..Im some times simply amazed...its a sure thing within 2or 3 days he ll submit the software you ask for or at least a alternative...so just like that many members who uplift the quality of the elakiri...have to say they are mortivated truly to do some thing with by heart...

there are lot of members who truly got a big heart to keep this site running by adding very valuable stuff..I think experts research topic white papers is one good example for that..still most of the elakirians are at AL level for sure as soon as those ppl goes to thier uni life Im sure that will be a great help....


so and so there are many who truly want to keep this site alive by each and every side not just letting it to be specified for one big theme..So this is a big motivation for them....
