From a command prompt run BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE FIRST COMMAND. TYPE IT EXACTLY AS GIVEN :

sudo echo "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubudsl-maintainers/ubudsl/ubuntu lucid main" >> /etc/apt/sources.list

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install ubudsl

You'll probably get a warning about the packages not being signed. Just accept it.

I used ubuntu since they released the hoary hedgehog. after all the customization, ubuntu is amazing. But no longer using it cos of some sort of restrictions that i have now in installing other OSes! but still missing that awesome OS though.

dpkg -i ubudsl_1.0.0.301-2lucid0_amd64.deb

if the software complains about dependent packages, then install them the same way.

මේවගෙ දැක්ක Lucid එක අවුල් daemon error එනව, Karmic එක වැඩ කියල.

ඒක නිසා Karmic ඒව මෙතනින් https://launchpad.net/~logari81/+archive/ppa/+build/1492214 බාල දැම්ම.
මේක Lucid උනාට Karmic එක install උනා. ඒත් හරියට උනාද දන්නෙ නෑ.
Settings හදන්න නම් ආව.
Power bulb පත්තු උනේ නෑ.
Settings ඉවර වෙන්න කලින් අන්තිමට msg එකක් කිවුව 64bit drivers manufacturer දෙන්නෙ නෑ, ඒ නිසා 32bit එක දාගන්න වෙයි කියල.

try කරල බලන්න ඕනෙ.
cd එක යාලුවගෙන් උස්සං ආවෙ 32bit කියල හිතාගෙන. ubudsl දාන්න යද්දි 32බිට් දාන්න දෙන්නෙ නෑ, amd64 දාන්න දෙනකොට තමයි දැනගත්තෙ 64bit කියල.
ඇත්තටම amd64 කියන්නෙ intel x64 ඒවටත් එක්ක නේද?
