OK. This is my experience after 23 days.
The model is ELECTRA CMB 500.
The bike is quite good with its maximum speed of 45Km/h. But its difficult to ride in night time due to the low power of lights.
The service provided from electra company is very poor. Last time I had to bring the bike to their office ( in park road) to repair. And they took one week for the repair.
Last week I had another problem, the bike stop working while lights are on. Then I called to after sales and they promised to send a mechanic withing two days. But later ( after 3days) their answer was, I can repair the bike by my self and only thing I have to is, remove the back light and then the bike will work !!!!!!! If I need to get a new bulb, I can buy it from their show room in negambo or piliyandala.
They are not providing warranty for bulbs and plastic parts ( perhaps more, I dont know).
When I called to their customer service manager, he told me as a rising company they cannot provide such a service and if I need I can return the bike and get 75% of paid money. (But they can not guarantee the date of return ) Good deal isn't it?
