I am looking for a cheap and easy mode of transportation to work during weekdays, looking for an option like an electric bike because it is easy for me to park and maintain.

What models of bikes are best for this purpose, please list some models and their legal constraints too like licence requirement, registration requirements etc.

I have also seen some cycles with batteries fixed in the centre axle, are they worth the money, can they drive like a normal ebike without paddling by only accelerating?
