මචන්ලා මගේ නෙට් සපීඩ් එක 512 කරලා, කලින් 4Mbps කරා january 5 වෙනිදා.. slow කරේ පෙරේදා.. උන්ට කිව්වට වැඩක් උනේ නෑ.. තාමත් Slow. ඒක නිසා උන්ටයි TRC එකටයි එකම email එකක කොපි දෙකක් (CC) යවන්න හිතුවා. මේ ඒ email එක.
First I would like to say, I'm very very disappointed with your service.
SLT telephone number is xxxxxxxxxx It registered for my father's name, Mr. xxxxxxxxxx. We bought your connection at 29th, November 2011. But we received our connection around 20th December. Almost three weeks later. And still our wires are in trees. You did not completed telephone post process. (කණු සිටුවා නැත.) After some time we had problem with our telephone line, because there's no dial tone. But the same time ADSL worked fine. So, I complained to customer service, but after week, still they didn't fix it. And I called Engineer in Polonnaruwa SLT center and he fixed it. He's the only one actually did the job for us and I thankful for him.
After new year, you increased your speeds. So, I got 4Mbps around 4th or 5th, January 2012. It worked very well. And suddenly on the 9th Janary 2012 I discovered that my speed reduced to 512Kbps. After that I called customer service and complained about it. They said it will fix in 24 hours. But it did not. So I called again and again. Today morning (11th January) I called customer service for 4th time. And they told me ADSL representative will call me on this matter in around 3 hours. But they did not. And then I called customer service for 5th time at today afternoon. Customer service representative told me again that ADSL representative will call me on this matter in around 3 hours. But still they didn't call me and I'm getting 512Kbps down link. So, I will disconnect your very bad telephone + ADSL line unless, you take an action to this matter within next 24 hours.
I feel very bad for this shame less behavior of your service.
