    I went through their interview process a few years ago for the ATL position. It is a small company and seems to be not much up to date with the latest technologies. It appears to be a heavily customer-centric company and, as I recalled, I even had a round of interviews with the client. The salary offered is around 300k. I had to reject the offer for a better one

    My concern is also how up to date the place is and the culture , office looks like a typical office rather than a IT company. Even the HR team has only 2 people. If its a boring place without a plan for the future I dont want to waste my time and CV space.

    I dont have a big reason to leave the current office other than the fact that I feel my learning and growth is limited here. Someone told me embla a company serving big Nordic Organizations so they have a steady and good income. But IDK how that translates to employee growth
