මචන් මේ සැරේ මිස් උනානම් ඊගාව සැරේ දාපන්. තව අවුරුදු 2-3 කින් අයෙ දායි. ඉන්ජිනියස් la ගොඩක් එක්සැම් එක කලා.

එහෙමද. මම හොයල බලපුවහම මට දැනගන්න හම්බුනා ඔක්කොම එක්ක SLT එකේ Rs 100000ක් විතර හම්බවෙනවා කියල. හැබැයි AASL (Airport and Aviation Services) එකේනම් Rs 140000 ක් වගේ හම්බවෙනවා. But if experienced guys have applied for the post, there is a chance for them to get the job.
නමුත් මම හිතන්නේ Mora Telecommunication ගන්න වැඩියෙන් බලනවා කියල. මොකද එක තමයි ලංකාවේ දැනට තියන හොඳම degree එක. ලංකාවේ Maths කරපු හොඳම අය යන්නේ එකට. It is very difficult to enter to Mora Telecommunication degree for students who came to the uni from their second or third attempt even.
But i know there is a huge difference in Moratuwa computer and Pera Computer. Most of the private software companies like to recruit Mora Computer guys. I am not a Computer Engineer. But most of the guys say

Telecom field එක ගැන හොදටම දන්න නිසා කියන්නම්, මෙච්චර නම් fresh graduate කෙනෙකුට ලැබෙන්නේ නෑ.වැඩියෙන්ම ගෙවන Etisalat එකේ 100,000 - 110,000/= වගේ ගන්න පුලුවන් නමුත් අනික් තැන් වල 5ක් විතර කරන වැඩ තනියම අදින්න ඔනේ.

Etisalat ඉන්න උනුත් අයින් වෙන කාලයක් මේක.. උන් අගාදෙට යන උන් මේහ් දවස්වල..

Dialog, Mobitel දෙකම එකම range එකේ යන්නේ 80,000 වගේ. performance අනුව හොදට Increment/Bonus ගෙවනවා 2/3 years experience එක්ක 120,000 වගේ ගන්න පුලුවන්. SLTත් 70,000-80,000 වගේ තමයි starting salary.

මේකනම් ගොඩක් හරි.. Mobitel නම් ඉස්සම පේරා උන් ව්ඇඩිය ගත්තේ නෑ,, ඒත් දැන් එහෙම එකක් නෑ.. අර ගයාන් කියන එකාට පිස්සුද මංදා මොරටු මොරටු කිය කිය කියවන්නේ

Airtel/Hutch නම් එගොල්ලන්ගේම Engineering Staff එකක් නෑ. Huawei හරහා තමයි ඒ වැඩ ටික කරගන්නේ. Huawei එකේ නම් බොහොම පොඩි Salary එකක් ගෙවන්නේ 60,000-70,000 වගේ.

Airtel Engineering staff එක ඉන්නේ මැනේජින් ලෙවල් එකේ විතරයි.. Hutch එකේනම් මේ කියල තියෙන එක වැරදි.. අනිත් හැම එකේම වගේ B.Sc Engineers ලා හිටියට Hutch එකේ වැඩිපුරම ඉන්නේ NDT/TTI වගේ අය හෝ private campus වල උන්.. මම දන්න විදිහට B.Sc උන් ඉන්නේ 2/3 ක් විතරයි.. උන්ගෙත් පඩි පට්ටම අඩුයි. Huawei hutch එකේ ඒවට ලොකුවටම සපෝට් කරන්නේ නෑ..huawei පඩිනම් මේ කියලා තියෙන ගනන් තමයි.. ඒත් performance එක්ක අනිත් ඒවට සාපේක්ෂ්ව වැඩි වෙන පුලුවන් පස්සෙ..

Mora/Pera කතාව ගත්තොත් ඒක බොහොවිට depend වෙන්නේ ඉන්න boss මත. සමාන qualifications තියන දෙන්නක් ආවොත් bossගේ campusඑකේ බුවාට chance වැඩී. private campus ආපු අය නම් හම්බුවෙලා නෑ, සමහර විට ඇති. නමුත් Indian campus වලට ගිය කීපදෙනෙක්වම දන්නවා

They are the best qualification and the highest qualification in sri Lanka in their respective field. Most of the Mora degrees are the highest qualification in each field. I said Telecom Engineers starting salaries ,Moratuwa Telecommunication Engineering degree and Telecommunication companies try to recruit more Moratuwa Engineers than others. Salaries might be wrong to a certain extent. Some body has corrected it as well. That is good. But don't say everything i said about telecommunication industry is wrong.

Yes that's true, But he was the person who first personally harassed me using rude words. Anyway i accept what you said. I posted this to let current and future students know real scenario in the industry. It can help them to choose the university in A/Ls and choose a better field after 1st year. I have seen some people who selected their field of specialization due to personal interest and suffer later for not selecting a better field. And also this post will help NDT, TTI, HND and other students who do Engineering or related degrees in private unis. It is very good to correct wrong things i have mentioned in the post.

Any way I would like to let you know I am not the 1st person who raised some concerns about your credibility after viewing your past posts. I also didn't know Engineering graduates are employed as MTs in central bank. I am so sorry for that!

Anyway It is good thing to question what i have posted but it is very bad for targeting me personally . Most of the information specially salaries were collected by friends and people i know. Some salaries i have mentioned are 100 % correct because i know them.
I started this thread to open a discussion. I also regret for incorrect information i have mentioned. I don't amend my post as it could mislead people. I know this is a bit different post. Most of these things are not discussed in public, but i thought those information would be helpful for students who apply for Unis, Who select Field of specializations, and who work, TTI and NDT student and all other Students who do private Eng or related degrees. They can become fully professional Engineers in the future by doing relevant courses.
