English Diploma Help!

Does anybody know or have completed Diploma in English course at NIBM ?

Is it good?

What about ICBT or Oxford?

Honestly speaking, I don't recommend ICBT and Oxford. They advertise their courses in newspapers, and in the same newspaper they advertise for teachers. What they do is they hire the cheapest available "lecturers"(mostly unqualified) and send them to the class with their tutorials. And those "lecturers" manage to survive the allocated time each day.

I don't know about NIBM but I believe that it won't be different.

Anyway, why do you need a "Diploma Certificate" for English? What you need is the skills. So look for a place where you can get the desired skills.

E-soft එහෙම යන්න එපා English වලට.. අපේ නංගිලා ගියා, මෙලෝ දෙයක් දන් නෑ උන් හැබැයි certificate එකක් නම් දෙනවා.. බොරුව කරන්නේ.. හොදම වැඩේ class එකකින් ඉගෙන ගන්න.. Knowledge එක ගැන සැටිස් නම් ආයේ O/L English කරන්න, ඔය දෙන certificate වලට වඩා වටිනවා.. ..
