What UNP need is a TRUE LEADER!! Ranil is a total failure in that sense and everybody knows it!

The problem lies within him self.. and without attending to his own problems affiliating with others wont make any difference..but defeat!!

And that was a proven fact already especially for him!!

END OF THE STORY!! :dull:

Well...different people have different views and that's the way it is, but what makes him or her a donkey is.. that views of his or her is contrary/incompatible to the bigger picture of where our country should ultimately rest..especially on the current terrorist issues and related issues!

And yes machang..after a long time it is indeed nice to be back with ya'll! ;)

    Contrary - Yes
    Incompatible - NO

Hence, would that give you enough liberty to call a person in what ever the name you please?

OR, are we just going out of the Democratic frame work and tilting into a more dictatorship ?

Lets just wait and see bro! I'm afraid there's nothing much we can do!

Either we can put internal issues of Sri Lankan politics forward and cut some slack for the terrorists..

else, we can sort out our priorities and put Sri Lanka forward..

I HOPE all the politicians in Sri Lanka will choose the latter.. and sadly HOPE is all we had for 2 decades :dull:

Why do you want a change a person's views ?

am I trying to change yours ?

It's the same ironical situation as a NON-smoker asking from a SMOKER to STOP !..

HELL, the SMOKER never asked the Non-smoker to SMOKE !!.. so why would the other party ask him to STOP ?

What I meant was...If one's views are not in the best interest of his country..

    Again.... If...

Donkey = A person whose views are not in the best interest of his country

    then "YES"

Who or what situation are you referring to?

    Wrong example here.. :)

A Non-Smoker would ask the Smoker to stop because..

    1. He not only kills himself but kill all others around him too (Slowly but surely)
    2. Encourage others who would look upto him (Ex: A son would imitate his father)
    3. Pollute the environment

    And many other reasons too...

A smoker would do more harm to the society than to himself! So in this case it is vital to impose rules if necessary!!

    Well, just for the record,

My grandfather was in Royal Air Force
My Father was in Air Force
My Elder brother is a Piolet in Air Force

My Second Cousing is in the Navy
My First cousing is in the Army

My Half Cousin is in the Navy

I am not blue blooded in thought as my Grand father, not cynical as my father, not meniac as my brother, not blinded like my cousins...and

 I am not Un-thankful, I just have different of opinion
How could we belive you? You could be a liar! There's no way to check in on internet. So I take what ever people like you say with a truck load of salt.

You are only good as what you have posted on this forum, in cyber-space perspective. And you clearly said that you don't care about the thread about war heros, and that's it! You are am unthankful b*stard or a moron to reflect problems with Rapa on that thread. Let Admins ban me for using that word. But I stand by my opinion about what you said on war heros.
