I checked the error code. it's for the ISP denies connection for non-payment etc. That is, Mobitel purposly rejects connection. It should probably because of Mobitel has issued connections more than they can cater. This is further proven by the fact that I can get connected without any trouble at odd times (like 4:00 am).</blockquote>
