ESOFT HND SCAM !!!

I can also confirm this machan. It's the Kandy HND division that sucked really hard. I live nearby the ESOFT and in most of the days, my friends come saying the teachers are absent.
They are not top notch people in the industry either (there are some checks who haven't completed a degree).
BCS division is however much much better than their HND. If you want to learn BCS, ESFOT my absolute first choice.

esoft gena nodanimi..man nan sliit eketh idala tiyenwa nibm eketh idala tiyenwa...oya wage dewal wenawa ban...lectures nethuwa gedara yana seen nan wela tiyenwa...eka ithin institute ekata bainnna be hire karana lecture ge wagakima eka...anyway course materialuth denne nattan eka chatar....after all all is doing a business...you should never depend on lectures and stuff...work out your own salvation...study by yourself...

Im a 3rd year BIT student from Esoft bamba. know the place and almost all the lectures who are well qualified and have a good intention of teaching. Also if you have or had any problems you can report to management and get it fixed. Also they provide us a sheet to get the feedback of the lectures as well. if they are not good or the lecs are boring you can give a bad feedback and the result will be satisfying. I've experienced it my self.

From all the branches Bambalapitiya branch is the best place to study.

Don't ever go to do HND & ESOFT...I personaly experienced they are not doing teaching properly at BAMBALAPITIYA head office. Also they are not giving study materials properly.. I had 16 subjects but they gave me only 9 study materials. Our whole class faced this issue. Also the teachers are not good at teaching, & they consider this as just sme part time job for them.sometimes classes are not conducted without prior inform. Students from far comes to the class & leave. They will follow you until they collect the CLASS PaYMENT If payments are delayed they send letters to your home. saying "pay this amount or registration will be canceled"... And after collecting all the payments they will kick your ass. No excuses are given for the students to submit assignments. they will ban you when they want to finish your classes. Very unkind treatments you will get when you go after all the payments are done. Can you do assignments without a proper teaching??? without study materials??? it doesn't matter if you go there meet their deadlines or you are fired. I dont know how they conduct other classes but for EDEXCEL HND this is it...

I used to work there(Kiribathgoda Branch). when I was selected, I had Degree qualification, 3+ years of teaching experience in related field and IPICT qualification(I'm certified and trained to teach/certify teachers how to teach IT and non IT subjects using IT). Having that, I went through three interviews including one with Dr. Dayan. Esoft is a good company for both students and staff. You need to understand that it's a profitable organization and will not teach you for free unless a special circumstance. long story short, if you don't pay, then you'll be kicked out. It's simple as that. If you are playing your part right, you can always talk to management about these issues. Not doing that and posting things here won't help at all. I still has connections with Esoft because its worth it. So PM me your details like reg number and I'll look in to this issue personally. If you dont reply, Then you are just an ass who just trying to ruin the Esoft brand.

It is awesome your joke.. Actually mach who pumped money to your back to do so against Esoft.. As I told you once in few years back you can see now I'm working in a company with all most 70K Rupees bcos of Esoft...

Currently i am a BIT final year student.

I recommened here For doing BIT.

Becouse

1. Lectures are highly qualified(having masters )

2. Having more that 5 years to 20 years lecturing experiance

3. Provide better facilities

4. Every time prove that get highest pass rate on BIT graduated list.

5. Helping for BIT projects

6. Dedicated lecturing panel

Esoft may be a good place i cant comment about it since i have never been there

Again you cannot say no1 because few years ago PC House also had island wide branches
