    මගේ scatter data plot එකක් තියෙනවා. ඒකේ trendline වලින් (0,0 intercepting) R-Square බැලුවම Minus (-) value එකක් එන්නේ. R-Square, Minus එන්න පුලුවන් කියලා මම articles වල දැක්කා.
    හැබැයි Data Analysis Toolpack එකෙන් regression analysis කරලා ගත්තාම 0.69 වගේ value එකක් එනවා.
    Google කලාම excel trendline intercepting වල bug එකක් තියෙනවා කියලා තියෙනවා. ඒත්, theoretically, Minus value එකක් එන්නත් පුලුවන්.
    උඹලා excel වල මේ scene එක ගැන දන්නවද?

    You can have a negative R squared value....

    The older versions of Excel in fact had an error in the LINEST() function, I think in was fixed in the versions 2003 , and broken again in 2010.
    However, the Analysis Pack does NOT have this bug.

    Sorry.. Regression tool in the older Analysis pack also has the bug... Kindly check the Microsoft site for later releases whether it's fixed.

    Don't you have access to proper statistical software?

    ne ban. mama me davas deken stat goda daanne. mage research eke goda daanna. Campus eketh stat kale first year eke vitharai. Computer applications karalama ne. MiniTab hodai kiyanava. kara ganna puluwan weida danne ne, thaniyama.
