i just heard this today. this is a good exercise for ur eyes.(as I heard)
look at something which is about 10 CM away from ur eyes (like a pen) for about 4seconds and then look at something more than 10 metres away from u for 4 secs.. then again look @ da pen for 4 secs. continue this until ur eyes get hurt..
this may prevent da longsightedness in future,,,,,,,,,,,,
