6. How can I get my number retained?
- Visit the nearest branch
- Incase if the subscriber is unable to visit a Mobitel outlet, subscriber need to submit a letter requesting to retain the mobile number enclosing the copy of NIC.
7. What are the conditions for this solution?
- Prepaid users are allowed to retain maximum of two mobile numbers under his or her National Identity card.
- Retention fee is requested to be reloaded to subscribers account and will be deducted at once and at the time of enabling facility.
- On completion of the retaining years, mobile number will be automatically entered into the standard life cycle.
