There's a nice little Exposé clone for Windows Vista out there. It doesn't work on XP, but there maybe other apps available for XP.
This little app is called Switcher and I'm using it right now. So I get to experience both of them: Exposé and Flip3D. However, I mainly use Exposé (Switcher) instead of Flip3D.
I forgot to mention one thing about Switcher. Vista is not the only requirement for Switcher. You need to have Aero Glass mode enabled in Vista, otherwise it won't work.
