what do you think about dialog.

It's good.
It's amazing

But if you go for an interview you will know how the dialog is. Their recruitment policy is really F**K.

I appeal to the Gov. of SL to implement an recruitment policy in Sri Lanka.

If you spend 8 hours and 3 interviews 2 exams you may get a job in dialog for 12kdo you think it's enough. we can earn that amount if we are in the home and just spend 5 hours per day on internet.

But if the situation in sri lanka is so bad. if Dialog call for an walk in interview they get 2000 people for 100 vecancies. How is this ?

So I advice if you are an extraordinary don't go to dialog.

Just listen to my story.
I have 8A's and 2 B's in O/L and I finished CIMA foundation following M1.
But i like Dialog. therefore i went to an interview last weak. i got throug in Pannel interview and I got 87% in exam. but they gave me a time to meet the Head of HR. after two days.
I went to WTC at 8.30am and met the Head of HR. The Head of HR ( A Lady ) read my CV and she got crazy.

She asked me hi man you have more qualificaion why do you prefer this CC job ?
I said No mam I don't have enough age to apply for a CEO post.( I am only 19)
She adviced me to continoue CIMA and she refused my job application.
(She acted as my MOM )
:sorry: :sorry: :sorry: :sorry:
ha.....ha.......
It's nice to hear. but it really happened in my life. That's why i say if you have more qualification don't try Dialog and Do your business yourself.

Thanks

That FAT and HOT lady has resigned. now a new one but same to her.

I don't know why Dr.Hans ( CEO of Dialog ) doesn't mind this. If this continue dialog will suffer a los within short span of time.

I think now Dialog's growth decreas due to some bad activities.

Good you didn't get that job. Coz your attitude sucks.

You might become a CEO if you achieve necessary qualifications. (Well.. that is IF there is a company to recruit you.)

This is the indirect consequence of not doing A/Ls.

Actually I didn't ask the CEO post Mr.X-PERT.

They afraid to recruit me coz they are afraid about them and their career.

Nobody is scared of their jobs mate. They have many years of experience than you and me. When working in a company, experience is much more important than qualifications.

Even I can't figure out why you applied for that particular job... while having CIMA foundation.

CIMA and Call Centres don't go together ne... So personally I don't see anything weird in Dialog's recruitment policy coz of this incident :)

Employers always think about the future of their employees. They don't like to recruit a person who will leave them after 6 months. (Well... In Sri Lanka)

Better stick with the main stream buddy. Maybe working in a Accounting firm might suit you field more I guess :)
