This is not happening only in Sri Lanka. Trust me. Many University students in Commonwealth as well as Western non-English speaking countries are not cautious about their punctuation and spellings. It shows not merely the incompetency of basic linguistic skills (put the legal jargon aside), but evidence of mediocre negligence. Academic negligence is the worst examination mistake that an undergraduate law student should make.
