Fellow bro's of elakiri, i need your help regarding my VGA.

Hi brother's. I have a XFX 9800 gtx+ 512 mb vga card core clock at 740 MHz. The problem is, It dosent perform as it should be. I have played games like crysis warhead in enthusiast with 8X AA. There is no lag of that sort, now you guys must be thinking thats alright. but the problem is, after i stop doing 3D related activities and switch to normal application's, my whole PC start's slowing down, this happens all the time. I want to know if my mobo is bottle necking the performance the whole PC. I have an Intel dg33 mobo, Q6600 at 2.4, 6 GB of ram.
Pls post your thoughts below, and help me figure out where the problem is.........

What?? Impossible.you can't do that , Not with a GTX295

there must b a problem wit drivers.normaly if we didnt overclok intele mobos correctly lot of clashes happen
