Machan, Before you step in to the Market for fiberglass products, better if you can contact the Technical people of IDB. They will direct you to the best known places for free of charge. And these places are in colombo and give you a better price as well.
here you get the contact details. (make sure to contact the Instructor of Fiberglass products. I don't know the name of him. but a friend of mine got all the info from them.
