This was the first debate between John McCain (born August 29, 1936), the senior United States Senator from Arizona and presidential nominee of the Republican Party in the 2008 presidential election and Barack Obama (
born August 4, 1961) is the junior United States Senator from Illinois and presidential nominee of the Democratic Party in the 2008 general election.

What do you think people?

well,I just watched it for about 15 mins...and there are plenty of things to learn for our SL politicians...As I understood, they just try to make an environment to negotiate between the oppositions, not to let them argue. So the truth comes out.well, thats what we should do here in SL...Concerning on the debates between SL politicians, its just another comedy for us and truth never comes out...All our MPs should watch this debate not only to learn about their policies towards 3rd world countries but also to learn how to have a propper debate....

They attacked theirselves for the respective differences on economic, politics, the war in Iraq, and how to deal with countries like Iran and Pakistan. The exchange was nasty. lol
The three debates in program was on foreign politics but the crisis financial institution conditioned the duel between the two candidates. Obama appeared ok while tlkin about economy, but see McCain made a long bla bla abt his great experience on foreign politics. Remarkable the difference of agressivity between the two as well.McCain repeated on every possible occasion that Obama has twisted n he doesnt understand things , while Obama has often used the phrase ' ' John you are right, but… ' ' ,. Obama was the first one to start, noticing the crisis of Wall Street

As i see, Obama is into the econom. situation of the US, more thn the foreign. issues..

Anyway, nice debate.. with no screams n idiozy..
