    You don't require assistance(supporter) while lifting. If he suggests it for hernias, there's minimal likelihood of encountering one in your initial years of weightlifting. Additionally, the risk only arises from extremely demanding, heavy lifting, which you shouldn't engage in when you're just starting out

    Take perseverance with you!

    Exactly 8 years ago, I signed up for a 6 months membership.

    Quit after about a week of playing table tennis. 🤣
    Ado I don’t up easily, gym 6 months 40000, personal training 25000 per month, am I over paying

    una ganna taram heavy weights walin train karana ekak na muladi..

    gym ekata yaddi geniyanna ona samanyen a good pair of shoes, a towel, a water bottle and a pair of good quality gloves
