I have an idea of what I want...I'm looking for a logo that reads

StandOut
marketing
....
In two lines with the first line using a font similar to old stardust Vegas sign. In royal blue with silver metallic border.
Second line simple complimentary lettering, not sure what color would look best.
Third line would be four dots from left to right decreasing in size all done in the silver.
And the whole thing centered of course.
Is this something you could do?
