report the finding of a large
heap of marked ballot papers
favouring General Sarath
Fonseka in a garbage dump near
the Technical College in
Ratnapura. UNP Member of
Parliament Thalatha Athukorala
reported this incident to our web
site a few hours ago. She has
found a large number of marked
ballot papers being set on fire at
this dump.
