No.Foxconn does parts for everybody :D Check your LGA 775,Parallel,USB,Serial ports, some PCI ports all are made by foxconn. But as Intel dont have a motherboard manufacturing plant, they make someone do that for them,in most cases it is foxconnn.

It should not be.A company that can deliver good Gaming mobos can do the low end well.

well... thtz what even i thought... lol... when i went for the warranty replacement - i told them i do need another gigabyte - but since they didn't have a model that matched my previous one - i had to take the foxcon - but trust me.. this isn't bad.. n .. lol.. i feel it's better...

well.. both have the same chipset - same configs - so this isn't anything about those stuff - coz they should be almost the same...

but the build quality - foxcon has done a better job - comparatively...

So my thumbs up for Foxcon... (i don't say tht itz da universal verdict... may b my specific gigabyte model ws crap - which it was.. ;) ) lol...

Is it the 45CMX? The dark blue PCB sure looks solid but i didn't much fancy that board.....It didn't allow me to go beyond 3.2 on a Pentium D 820......

lol - seriously - it's better than my earlier gigabyte.. mayb coz my earlier board wasn't a highend one... gigabyte is a better brand but in the low-market range - i think foxcon is better value for money...

after i was quite happy with foxcon - i evn used one in a pc i assembled - n both of the foxconns including mine - still works fine.....

So i think foxcon will suit a budget concerned customer...

Dude 2.9 is 100Mhz increment......what u raised the FSB to 210? well you can raise it to 230 and 234MAX!....Not stable @ 234 though.......

Yo temp will go beyond 70C......

i know - i'm no big fan of o/c..... it generates more heat - consumes more power - unlike some situations where u can control the voltage n keep it within a specific range n keep the system stable too... ny way - now it runs at stock speed - coz it's our home pc - not mine - so i want it to be trouble-free n live long
