www.setool.net is the best place to read more about SE unlocking and flashing. they have this special service box called setool (USB dongle) $200. with this box you can do loads of things, all models supported.
Sir lazer is the main hacker and he is the biggest threat to sony ericsson at the moment. he even cracked the SE latest security chip CID52.
there are many other ppl have invented SE service softwares by using .NET and SE JTAG interface.
so before you do any tech stuff with se phones, you need to be fully equipped with above gadgets.
Please use the crack software posted on this thread only to unlock SE old phones (u dont need full flash files to unlock, just the 30kb restore file).
better not to try W810i with this software as the phone comes with NEW SECURITY DETECTED MODELS from May-07.
debranding the phone can be done by flashing any GENARIC SE flash files. you need main fw, FS (language and region) file, and customization pack (games themes and extras)
official SE software upgrade too will not allow you to debrand the phone (only allow version upgrade) like if you have vodafone software on your phone se site upgrade wont let you to change it to Mobitel srilanka (if they have any)
