FTP Help Needed

I use filezilla as my ftp client. But when i try to upload files, it always put to failed transfers after some time.

Pls help me with this

Do you'll use any ftp software which will upload files faster ???

Contact your hosting provider. Do you have root access for your Server ?

i also thought the same way thinking it was to do with the hosting provider. So i'm trying another provider,but it's the same.

it has taken more than 1hr to upload joomla 2.5 stable version 7.6mp, but still only 166.1kb is uploaded

is it a normal issue? pls help me
