mama log wenne magema brother ge office machine ekata coz i need to share some videos without uploading those stuff n download...

PLs I heard theres something called FTP to do that so if u can pls help me to do that.

pls give software n a tutorial link plsssssss......

FTP : File transfer Protocol is a special service meant for transferring files over the internet or LAN. It is very similar to a web server; instead of serving html files it serves normal files. To use FTP you need to set up a FTP server first, either on your machine or on your brother’s machine.

If you set it up on your machine, then you only have to copy the files you want in to the appropriate shared folder. Then your brother can download it from you, like he would download a file from a web site. All download managers support FTP downloading. If your brother sets up the server, then you have to upload your files on to his server. There are many free ftp clients out there you can use to upload files.

Here is a small guide on how to set up a FTP server with Windows Built in IIS.

Or you can simply setup a web server using IIS, then you can share files and even have your own website.. The process of setting up a web server is very similar to setting up a FTP server.

Far safer than playing with the FTP on IIS.

Your brother's Office PC must open port 21 and 20 for FTP transfers to work.

machan there is also a software named ultra vnc... which can be used to remotelyy control one computer frm another.
to do that u must install it in ur brothers comuter as well as ur computer.
google it and dl it
