Did you play that shit in the initial days, how did you deactivate the account as I remember it didn't have any method for deactivation so I called to hotline and operator deactivated it (as she said). But recently I checked the bill and they charged for it until I complain it to the regional office. They have charged me over 1.5yr and refuse to refund it. I did not use that app after deactivation call. What are some options I can follow in order to take refunds?
