H.A.R.W. Seneviratne is critically ill and he is in Nawaloka hospital at present. Executive Committee of CEBEU decided to launch a fund raising campaign for Eng. Seneviratne in order to make his family easy at this trying hour. Generous contributions are solicited from our membership and his colleagues.Eng. Seneviratna has been suffering from an acute ailment for long years and he has been under strict medication.    The ailment is a rare physical disorder, which attacks nerve system of a person and makes the person dysfunctional gradually.
